Applictus is built around clear boundaries: user-controlled forwarding, secure sign-in, and transparent job application tracking.
Overview
Applictus helps job seekers organize applications, interviews, offers, rejections, assessments, and hiring updates from job-related emails. The standard product workflow is forwarding-based, so Applictus only processes emails sent to your Applictus inbox address.
How Applictus receives job emails
When you create an account, Applictus gives you a personal forwarding address. You can configure Gmail automatic forwarding and optional Gmail filters to decide which job-related emails are sent to Applictus.
Information we collect
- Account email, name, and sign-in method.
- Forwarded job-related emails sent to your Applictus address.
- Email metadata such as sender, subject, timestamps, and message identifiers.
- Limited message content needed to classify job updates.
- Derived application data such as company, role, status, timeline events, confidence, and explanation metadata.
How we use information
- Detect applications, interviews, offers, rejections, assessments, and hiring updates.
- Create and update your application timeline.
- Prevent duplicates and match related updates to the same application.
- Maintain reliability, security, support, and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not use user data for advertising.
- We do not require full Gmail inbox access for standard tracking.
- We do not send, delete, or modify your emails.
- We do not access non-forwarded emails in the standard forwarding workflow.
Google sign-in and limited permissions
Google OAuth is used for authentication. For standard accounts, Applictus uses basic sign-in information such as your email address and profile name. Standard forwarding-based tracking does not require Gmail inbox read permissions.
A separate legacy, admin, or internal mode may use Gmail read-only access for testing or operational workflows. That mode is not the standard user workflow and is not required to use Applictus.
Applictus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We retain account and tracking data while your account is active. Previously extracted application records remain available in your account unless you delete them or request deletion.
Security
- We use HTTPS in production.
- Access is tied to authenticated account sessions.
- Sensitive credentials are stored securely when encryption is enabled.
- We avoid logging full email bodies in production diagnostics.
Third-party services
- Google OAuth: account authentication.
- Email processing provider: receives forwarded messages sent to your Applictus address.
- Hosting and database providers: run the service and store account and tracking data.
- Payment provider: processes paid plan purchases when applicable.
Your controls
- Choose what gets forwarded to Applictus.
- Use Gmail filters to limit forwarding to job-related emails.
- Disable forwarding at any time in your email provider.
- Log out to clear your session on this device.
- Contact us if you need help with account or data deletion.

Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms explain how Applictus works, what users are responsible for, and how we provide the service.
Overview
Applictus helps job seekers organize applications, interviews, offers, rejections, assessments, and hiring updates from job-related emails. By using Applictus, you agree to use the service responsibly and to review important hiring information yourself.
How Applictus Works
The standard Applictus workflow uses user-controlled email forwarding. You receive a personal Applictus inbox address, choose which job-related emails to forward, and may use Gmail filters to limit what is sent.
Applictus processes forwarded job-related emails to organize applications, interviews, offers, rejections, assessments, and hiring updates. Google sign-in is used for authentication.
A separate legacy, admin, or internal mode may support Gmail read-only access for testing or operational workflows. That mode is not the default user workflow and is not required to use Applictus.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and accurate.
- Use Applictus only with emails and data you own or are authorized to use.
- Maintain your own email forwarding and filter settings.
- Review important application details, deadlines, interview instructions, and hiring decisions.
Subscription Plans and Billing
- Applictus may offer a free plan and paid plans with higher limits or additional features.
- Paid plan billing is handled through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.
- You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions according to the rules of your selected plan.
- Refunds are handled according to applicable policies or support review.
Acceptable Use
- Do not abuse, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not interfere with the service or create excessive load.
- Do not forward content you do not have permission to process.
Application Tracking Accuracy
Applictus automatically classifies and organizes job-related emails. Classification is best-effort and may not always be perfect.
You remain responsible for reviewing important emails, deadlines, interview details, offers, rejections, and hiring decisions. Applictus should not be your sole source of truth for employment opportunities.
Service Availability
We work to keep Applictus reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, or changes in third-party email and hiring platforms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, or harms the service. You may stop using Applictus at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users. The Last updated date reflects the latest version.

-
Clearer application timelines See confirmations, interviews, offers, and rejections in context.
-
More control over your search Choose what gets forwarded and keep the workflow understandable.
